How it works
A lightweight magnetic band attaches to two small adhesive tabs placed on each side of the nose. The magnets provide gentle outward support, helping the nasal passages stay more open during breathing.

How to use

1. Clean and dry the skin on both sides of your nose to help the tabs stick well.
2. Place one adhesive tab directly above each nostril (not too high, not in the crease).
3. Attach the magnetic band so the ends connect to the tabs.
4. Adjust until it feels secure and comfortable.
5. After your run, gently peel off the tabs and dispose of them. The band is reusable.

Care & reuse

• Wipe the magnetic band clean after each session
• Store it dry
• Replace adhesive tabs after every use
