About PeakFlow
Why PeakFlow Exists
Running should feel simple.
Over time, it’s often not motivation or fitness that gets in the way - it’s friction. Small things that make runs feel harder, more uncomfortable, or less enjoyable than they need to be.
PeakFlow exists to reduce that friction.
Built From Real Miles, Not Marketing
Since signing up to Strava over 10 years ago, I’ve logged over 20,000 kilometres of running.
That distance has been accumulated across coastlines, cities, forests, mountains, heat, cold, humidity, and altitude — from Ireland and the UK to France, Spain, Italy, Germany, South America, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
That experience isn’t about performance claims.
It’s about knowing, very clearly, what actually matters when you’re out on a run.
The Point of View
When you run a lot, patterns emerge.
The things that help most tend to be:
- Simple
- Comfortable
- Reliable
- Easy to forget once the run starts
The things that fail tend to be over-engineered, disposable, or designed without real-world use in mind.
PeakFlow is guided by this perspective.
What PeakFlow Does
PeakFlow curates and offers running accessories chosen through real-world use, not trends.
Each product is selected because it solves a specific, common problem runners face — whether that’s breathing comfort, consistency, or reducing small distractions that add up over time.
Not every product needs to be revolutionary.
It just needs to make running feel better.
Still Running
PeakFlow is built by a runner, for runners, and shaped by experience — one run at a time.
For those who care about verifiable experience, my running history is publicly logged on Strava.
