PeakFlow Shipping Policy (Ireland & EU)

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Most of our products ship directly from our trusted fulfilment partners. Typical delivery times are:

  • Ireland & EU: 7–15 business days
  • UK: 7–15 business days

(Delivery may occasionally take up to 20 business days during busy periods, holidays, or due to carrier delays.)

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email where available.
  • Some smaller items may ship without tracking to keep costs low — this will not affect delivery.

Multiple Parcels

If you order more than one item, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

Customs & VAT

  • Orders delivered to Ireland and the EU normally include VAT at checkout.
  • In the rare event of additional customs or handling fees, the customer is responsible for these charges.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly. We cannot replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
